Thanks for the question, William! The rabbit posture is one of the 26 postures in the Bikram series. So you will have the chance to practice it each class :)

It's a tricky one because you can't see yourself in the mirror at all. The instructors will often have us watch the others around us to make sure we know how to get into it properly.

Hope you're enjoying your practice!

Thanks for the comments, Rimmi!

I also found the posture clinic very helpful and I'm looking forward to Dave's backward bending clinic this weekend. No matter how much I practice, I still get nervous with camel. It can be a frustrating posture for me!

Hope to see you there! :)

We hear everytime in the dialogue," find your correct form instead the depth. The depth will come by itself". This dialogue got right meaning when I attended Carol's posture clinic. She explained the right form and with those adjustments, which were so easy to make. Made my practice lot more lighter. I am getting my correct form which made my body to get right benefits. Most of all without any injuries like back and knee pain by doing posture in wrong way.
These clinics are very beneficial. We can take more advantage if every dialogue of a posture get explained in a practical manner. We try to follow the dialogue but seems like making minor changes to understand that make the posture easy and injuries free.
BYR yogi teachers are awsome, for me it will be very nice if their dedidcation towards teaching the yogi students should be recognize by giving them some kind of award. Ike Carol, Christa and many more, they make us to come and enjoy the torture chamber.

Well done Annie! Your journey of your ordeal to BYR and then to your blissful marriage is truely inspiration. Thinking about
taking a challenge itself a big chalenge. But reading about your commitment , a dedication made me to accept the 30 days chalenge. Its not a just not a yoga chalenge. It will be insearch of my own peace. By taking this chalenge I want to be introduce to my inner strength and stay conneted with the energy surrounding everywhere.
